ReagentCost 10900.3

March 15th, 2006
  • Futher changes in an attempt to support either the current “Release” version of Auctioneer (3.2.0.0620) or current “Beta”/”Alpha”/”Unstable” versions (3.2.0.0741 tested).
  • Fixed a problem where RC’s SavedVariables could grow to an extremely large size.

ShoppingList 10900.3

March 15th, 2006

Should now work properly with either the current “Release” version of Auctioneer (3.2.0.0620) or current “Beta”/”Unstable” versions (3.2.0.0741 tested). For real this time.

Linkerator 10900.2

February 4th, 2006
  • Fixed a problem where all orange (legendary) links were causing disconnects if sent to chat. (Had the wrong color code, oops!)
  • The /script (and /dump, if you’re using Vigilance Committee’s DevTools) commands are exempt from automatic “linkifying” of item names or numbers typed in brackets. (You can still insert a hyperlink into such commands by shift-clicking.)
  • Automatic “linkifying” based on item IDs now requires they be prefaced by a pound sign (e.g. \[#16955\]), due to a conflict with addons that put quest levels in brackets when inserting quest names to chat. (Kinda confuses people when you say things like “LFG [Apprentice’s Robe] It’s Dangerous to Go Alone”.)
  • Now supports bulk import from LootLink for those looking to switch. Log in once with both addons enabled, type /link import, and in a few moments Linkerator will know about all the items LootLink does, and you can uninstall LootLink if you so desire. (This may lock up the game UI for a couple minutes if your LootLink database is large.)

Linkerator 10900.1

January 27th, 2006

Initial release. (See Linkerator main page for details.)

Hunter’s Helper 10900.3

January 27th, 2006
  • Updated beast ability listings:
    • Scorpashi Lasher in Desolace has Scorpid Poison (Rank 2) and Claw (Rank 5).
    • Kresh in Wailing Caverns has Bite (Rank 3) and Shell Shield (Rank 1).
  • The required levels for each rank of Prowl are now reported correctly (levels 30, 40, and 50).

Feed-O-Matic 10900.5

January 27th, 2006
  • Fixed an error that prevented adding, removing, or feeding specific foods via /fom commands.
  • Fixed issue where a food not already known by Feed-O-Matic couldn’t be properly removed from its listings.
  • We no longer attempt to auto-feed if the loot window is open (as in some cases this can cause you to lose what loot is in it).
  • Removed some code that caused us to avoid feeding the pet for several minutes if auto-feeding didn’t produce a result; it was a workaround for WoW issue that’s now fixed (feeding while swimming not doing anything to pet happiness). Common, recoverable cases of auto-feed failure should now result in another auto-feed happening soon after.
  • Should now be more reliable about not auto-feeding while you or your pet is flagged as “in combat”.
  • Includes an update to tooltip-related code shared with other Fizzwidget addons, which should resolve an issue where having two or more addons with conflicting versions of said code could cause a “stack overflow” error.

Disenchant Predictor 10900.3

January 27th, 2006
  • Improved the mechanism we use to detect likely-disenchantable items… should be more efficient and reliable now. (Not that there were any known bugs with it before, but having a well oiled machine is good, y’know?)
  • We now keep a list of known exceptions to the common rules for which items are disenchantable. (Generally, anything that’s equippable, not stackable and not a container can be disenchanted if it’s of Uncommon/green or better quality. However, some specific items that fit these critera aren’t disenchantable, presumably because they’re easy to get in quantity.) Thus far it contains the Twilight Trappings cloth pieces and all PvP/Battleground reward armor and weapons. If you come across any other items which DP shows predictions for that turn out to not be disenchantable (but still fit the aforementioned criteria), let me know!
  • The verbose option now also controls the presentation of possible disenchant results in item tooltips: when off, all shards/essences/etc will be listed on one line, resulting in a vertically shorter (though often wider) tooltip.
  • Changed wording of tooltips and chat-window output a bit. (Localizers take note!)
  • Includes an update to tooltip-related code shared with other Fizzwidget addons, which should resolve an issue where having two or more addons with conflicting versions of said code could cause a “stack overflow” error.

Gemologist 10900.2

AdSpace 10900.4

Includes an update to tooltip-related code shared with other Fizzwidget addons, which should resolve an issue where having two or more addons with conflicting versions of said code could cause a “stack overflow” error.

Hunter’s Helper 10900.2

January 18th, 2006
  • Localized the beast names in our database to French and German using data from WoWGuru.com — tooltips should show HH-provided info for beasts you haven’t tamed (or inspected with Beast Lore) before now if you’re using WoW in one of those languages, and /hh find results will show localized names.
  • Fixed a couple errors some users were experiencing.
  • Ashmane boar has Charge (Rank 5), not rank 4 (which has not been found on any known beast).
  • Updated/corrected some existing beast ability listings.
