    Hi There

Loved your addons since I first found them nearly 2 years ago.

The sound cues don’t seem to be working with the latest update, can you check and confirm or suggest where my problem may be? It happened once before after an update but you seemed to fix it quickly last time.

Thanks again for all your hard work and great addons.

  2. Petron Says:

Since 2.2 (WoW patch and Feed-o-Matic), my wolf no longer growls when hungry.

  3. Viterian Says:

I have the problem of the pet no longer making its class specific hungry sound when it gets hungry. The keybind feed command works and the chat window message works as well. I double checked to make sure the feed sound option was enabled and it is and tried to disable/enable to no avail.

The sound warning in Feed-o-Matic v2.2 is not working in WoW 2.2 live.

Code changes often need to be made to mods to play sound files properly in WoW 2.2. Two workarounds for the problem:

FOM has been in my must have list for a long time. But, it seems to be partially broken now. I recently installed XPerl Unit frames, and I’m not getting the “feed me” growl/whine sound. I still get the chat window notification, and the on-screen notification, and the icon flashing, but the sound is gone. Nothing I can’t live with. And I’m not entirely sure it’s a conflict with XPerl, either. Thanks for this and the other great mods you’ve created!

  6. Noidea Says:

I have the same problem, but I don’t use XPerl. Had issues with Bank Statement and switched to Baggins, but that didn’t help with fom. Not a whine, I am more than pleased with your addons, just trying to shed a little light on the subject.

  7. Devie Says:

It’s definitely a conflict with another mod. I also was getting no sound so ran a test with just the three Fizzwidget hunter mods running and sound worked perfectly. Piggies squeal and kitties roar. Now comes the daunting task of finding the offense mod.

  8. Gazmik Fizzwidget Says:

Looks like it’s actually a bug in the WoW client — I’ve implemented a workaround (thanks for the pointers, Zidomo) and will post a release with it soon… hopefully it’ll become unnecessary once Patch 2.3 hits.

    Wonderful!

  10. Enigma Says:

Same issue as the others with the sound cues. both pet specific and the generic bell.

  11. Smyter Says:

    This worked for me.

Shut sound off. Log off and restart and turn the sound on.

    Worked.

I having a problem with getting the key binding option to work. I have always used P ever since i started using your mods (sheesh couple years ago now). But now when I try to set it to that I keep getting the default ingame panel. I’ve tried several differant version , & it won’t set.

Anyone have any suggestions? I love this mod but without key bindings it worthless to me.
