@Gazmik: Just for functional i just changed the GetItemName function to return the id in addition to name and the IsUsefulFood. Then i translated the food and bag types and put in some ids i know the food type. It works fine so far.

I can you provide you with german strings if you like.

I still get feed spamming. FOM will refeed my pet after exactly three “your pet gains 35 happiness” messages, unless my pet becomes happy before the third tick of feeding.

  3. Rick Says:

I am getting an error when FOM is tring to feed the pet as well as when i tell it to feed the pet. I am able to use the default feed button and select the food to feed the pet.

    error is:

interface\AddOns\GFW_FeedOMatic\FeedOMatice.lua:1321:attempt to compare nil with number.

Any help would be great as I love the Mod and have used the previous ones for some time now.

    Thanks

Works perfectly here. Only time it keeps feeding is if you are swimming. Not quite sure how the heck you can check for that. Realy, Blizz needs a “IsPetFeedable” funtion.

Thank you for all your wonderful addons!

  5. Moklar Says:

I have the problem that Elmanthira mentions as well, only 3 happiness lines and it will feed again.

Also I lost quite a lot of food when do a mission in the water yesterday, it tries to feed the pet every 5 secs or so, damnit – but now I know it I will just remember to turn it off when questing in the water.

I get the following error message when I try to use or configure:

Interface\AddOns\GFW_FeedOMatic\FeedOMatic.lua:574:attempt to call field ‘Hilite’ (a nil value)

  7. Grymfang Says:

I am having a similar problem to Elmanthira. The Feed-o-matic will refeed my pet if his happiness level does not change within the first 3 ticks. Some times I can’t feed him right away so it takes a few ticks to get him happy again.
