AutoCraft 10900.1

  • Updated for WoW patch 1.9; we’re now a LoadOnDemand addon and automatically load whenever Blizzard’s TradeSkill UI module is loaded. (There should be no visible difference from this change… we just don’t use up RAM when not needed.)
  • Includes refinements to code shared with other GFW mods.
  • Knows its own version number — it’s present in startup/load messages. Please include this version number when sending bug reports or help requests!

Am I the only one having an issue with the Queue All Button?

The issue is when I queue items that are materials for OTHER items, the Queue All for the second item shows as 0, even though in the window list I see a [#] in brackets showing that I can make some # of that item.

I sent an email to Gazmik a long long time ago (two releases ago) and never got a response.

Actually, it completely locks up my game and I have to alt-F4 or reboot my machine. If I hit smelting for instance, and then close it, I can open up, say, cooking just fine. But, if I don’t close smelting first and click my button for cooking, then the game locks hard.

It’s also having issues with my engineering. I have 250 engineering and its only showing a small portion of what I know.

It also makes an odd noise every time you craft something, which means if you’re making bandages or something you’ll get a slam……slam……..slam every few seconds. Really annoying,

I’m in the habit of turning off the sound on my computer every time I want to craft a lot of things, since this mod is too useful to turn off.

FTR.. I have engineering 300, and don’t have any problems… EXCEPT for the Queue All Button.

  5. Vapok Says:

Ohh, and I have the KurKlunk sound everytime something is made.

WoW makes a noise by default every time you craft something… AutoCraft doesn’t attempt to change anything about that, and I’m not sure why you might have been not getting the noises before but hearing them now. My characters have always made noise when crafting (and yes, I have at least one with each skill), regardless of whether AutoCraft was running.

Best guesses: You’ve been using some other mod that disables (intentionally or no) the crafting sounds, but it’s stopped working since 1.9 (possibly because they changed the way the default UI processes events) or is disabled because the patch automatically unchecks “load outdated addons” for you.

A fix for the Queue All problem is enroute — sorry Vapok, your previous comments got buried in my inbox.
