I love your addons, too sad, that your hunter gimmicks are only for a special languages, I’ll love to use that in german environment. But the “Caveats” section reads as “for now”, so hopefully Feed-o-matic and Hunter’s helper will ventually be out for chrismas in german (and maybe eben french, korean or chinese 😉
Great work; may be I should buy a english version of WoW? LOL
hey like your stuff was going to write you and ask if you could come up with somthing like Rauens pet feed. low and behold….Im doing something wrong… its telling me that auto feed is enabled …but will only work on the /fom feed meat command. have set /fom level happy……have lots of different meats all on the meat list….have removed all in one inventory…any suggestioons?
I noticed that Feed’O’Matic kept eating the food I needed for quests and recipes even though in the settings it should not. When I opened my cooking window I got:
Error: Interface\AddOns\GFW_FeedOMatic\FeedOMatic.lua:349: attempt to index global `TradeSkillFrame’ (a nil value)
Xilni: that error is caused by changes in the WoW 1.8 patch. There are newer releases of Feed-O-Matic available which are compatible with 1.8. See the main Feed-O-Matic page for the latest.

Just went into Arathi Basin, my pet is content but feeding set to happy, and got:
FeedOMatic.lua:1032:attempt to concatenate global ‘foodQuality’ (a nil value)
Popping up on and off. Aiieee. In 1.7 of course.

The error that we are reporting is on Line 1032 of the FeedOMatic.lua file.
The line is this: GFWUtils.DebugLog(“Quality for “..itemName..”: “..foodQuality);
If you comment out the line like so: –GFWUtils.DebugLog(“Quality for “..itemName..”: “..foodQuality);
This mod works perfectly with no errors what so ever.

Quick Fix for the error people have been getting!
Just comment out line 1032 of FeedOMatic.lua. It’s just a debug log that is not working right…put two dashes in front of it to comment it out.
